1	How useful are reservists? RMR and the Marines are a bit different from other reserves but I did a brief stint in OTC which is essentially army reserves dedicated for uni students (in the simplest of terms). OTC has a varied mix of people who wanted to be there and wannabes. or the marines there is always way more selection and higher standards so the wannabes are separated quickly.
