I don't really like running slowly, because I only run in a HIIT-style, where I almost sprint for 1-2 minutes and then slow down for 1 minute and then sprint again, and do the same thing for 30 minutes. I think that's the problem.. but that's the only form of running I enjoy doing.

I love running and would love to run more, but the problem I have is that my joints are killing me after like 20-30 minutes of running, and I have to rest for like 2-3 days before being able to run again without any pain. I bought better running shoes, but it didn't help a lot. I already do lift weights and have done so for a couple of years now, but I actually like running more, strangely enough.

It's not really FREE. Nothing's free here. We still have to pay for most stuff, including healthcare, even if it's still much cheaper than for example the healthcare in USA. They did give out free condoms tho for a long time here, but I don't know if they still do that. You could take like 10 condoms for free, every day.
