I have to disagree on one point. If you constantly compare yourself to other people you'll be miserable.

Thanks. Really good advice, especially number 1. It's what I've had in the back of my head for a long time but didn't want to acknowledge. Good to see someone sees the same.

Thanks man, that's a problem I do have. How can I tell the difference between a joke and the condescending teasing? I'm not socially awkward, I think this confusion just stems from growing up in a rough part of town where I was forced to keep my guard up from the things people/other kids said to me. An example from today is when I saw 2 of them outside close to the library I was studying in. They saw me and one of them asked me to come watch a game with them. I said "maybe, I'll let you know lat…

I know a beta guy who is honestly Dolce and Gabbana model good looking but has NEVER had a girlfriend in his life because he's shy. I know this because I grew up knowing him. On the other hand I know a 5/10 alpha guy who is literally never single and is always with women out of his league.

What I'm basically getting from this is: Instead of chasing women, men should chase their goals which will create wealth and power, subsequently attracting women without necessarily needing to even look attractive; and women should just try their best to look as attractive as possible. Hell, he's right. Do alpha men really chase women? No, they don't. It's usually the women that come to them.

Along with alcohol. It's never discussed just how bad alcohol is for your body. It's a literal toxin. I want everyone to research the effects of alcohol on your body and brain. Ofcourse, don't be a square and outright refuse alcohol. But drinking it in high amounts and getting drunk should be put on cold turkey.

Just like everyone here is saying, cool is something that is developed internally. I remember back in high-school there was a group of about 2-3 guys that were not good-looking at all, had relatively chubby bodies, but were considered cool as fuck - and it was all about the demeanour of "we don't give a fuck what you think." And they weren't even popular, they were just "those guys."

See, that's why I hate wearing glasses. I honestly feel like a beta nerd and I feel as if women see it that way.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
