But men also dominate in "cleaner" jobs, such as CEOs. And Women CEOs earn less than male CEOs. women are far more likely to take time off to raise family. Isn't that a problem? -4	Only feminist Sources allowed Because there a lot of factors there as well, for example women tend have a bigger graduation rate and they do better on average grades wise, so why do they choose to woek at jobs with a low pay, when they seem to be more qualified (on average)? Well, for one you have stereotypes, women tend to choose jobs based on whether the job is seen as more feminine. Sexism still plays a large role in our society, which is why the argument that if women are being paid less than if more economically beneficial to a company to hire only women. It's because women are seen as less productive to the work place with the amount of days off they take, maternal leave for example.
