Over at the cpstd sub they actually think that people like Amber Turd are innocent and were part of some smear campaign. It's so disgustingly common.

I adore the latter because they'll admit men are disadvantaged too yet refuse to call it anything else other than a gendered term that says only men have power.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates02/05/26 12:58 AM

Not only that, but men are beaten, abused, convicted, and imprisoned more than women and at a higher rate than black people are to white people - for the same crime.

But feminism helps EVERYONE and the patriarchy hurts EVERYONE! Right.... that's why they're still gendered terms.... for some reason....

Same as when literally anybody claims "the patriarchy:" "Okay? How does the 1% having primarily penises benefit me in any way?" We still get sent to war. We still get sentenced longer for the same crime. We still die at higher rates in almost every category. Why am I being judged for the sins of the few because we share anatomy?

I want to see that orange piece of shit rot in prison as much as the next lefty, but I will never comment on his weight. All that would do is hurt everyone else.

Fuck man I'm 6'4" and very aware of the privilege it brings. All this kind of mockery does is fuel the hatred.

I'm 100% for womens' bodily autonomy, but the likelihood of winning parental rights is low. Courts are far more harsh on men.

All the removed comments on that post is telling. They don't give a shit. I'm pro "fuck ICE" but that is inexcusable. Real loose pussy energy from her.

I must just have bad luck or attract the wrong people because I swear 90% of the women I interact with have to at least throw in some anti-men comments on a daily basis.

Conversation? Nah all he ever wanted was a large, hateful community to "debate" ("own") the libs. There was no conversation. Ever. That requires listening and understanding, which he purposefully did not do.

God I despise true crime. It just perpetuates this fear that 99% of men are out to hurt women. In reality, men face the majority of all crime, including violent crime; it just doesn't make for good brainrot television.

Being genuine here: Do MRAs do a good job self-policing? I hate to "whataboutism" but I am curious. I hope that we do cause I think every ideology needs to weed out it's extremists.

As a way to disrespect living things as a mere sexual plaything? Yes (outside of kinks). As a way of adding inherent sexual value to a person? No.

In media, I'd even go so far as to say they're *never* considered safe. I'd bet there's far more white children in charity ad campaigns to gain more sympathy.

At what age does a child become a person and not a man? I've always wondered. Like do boys turn 13/18 and get kicked out from shelters?

This. It's always valid to ask, "then they deserve it?" And if it's somehow yes then we can move on to other comparisons to break down the argument, such as race and "so they asked for it" double standards.

We need more female villains in media that don't have sympathetic motives. Most villains tend to be men who are evil just for being evil. Not only would this show that women can be bad as well, but also that males can have sympathetic motives for being evil.

I member the original post somewhere else. Of course all the comments were "men bad."
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates18/12/23 10:16 PM

Yep. I agree with all of that. I think it could be more of social marketing farce agenda of helping "traditional men" versus actual help. Like most things the right do it's all about helping the 1%.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates28/11/23 02:56 AM
24

You may not want to hear this in a MRA sub, but Men's Rights is not my single issue voting agenda. This is all very important to me, but it's not my priority and my other values take precedence. I refuse to vote for a party who devalues trans rights, hates poor people, pushing the 1% higher and higher etc etc just because they may have policies that make male's lives better.

Fuck yeah, dude. Remmeber when men started wearing rompers and the internet lost it's fucking mind? It wasn't even associated with "neckbeards" or "incels." it was pure ridicule. People still call it a "man bun" FFS. Idk where the division happened but yeah more flowy clothing for dude plz. We'll give you pockets.

I remmeber an ask thread a while back where the majority of people said men don't try hard enough to dress well. As if we have options. Sucks. I wanna wear dresses. I wanna wear capes. Fuck it let's regress to Victorian fashion.

There's so little nuance with these kind of things. A good example being Healthcare. Women are losing access to abortions (regardless of your views that is a "loss of Healthcare" but that's not the point), yet men are dying at a much higher rate because of lack of male-specific resources. It's the same with race. White folk have many privaleges over black people but there are systems that grant people of color into college that a Caucasian may have deserved. It's a give and take. We all have pri…

Yes and no. Are the 1% mostly men? Yes. Does your average man have every advantage in every aspect of the world? Absolutely not. I'm just so tired of hearing the word used against half of the population it's lost all meaning and weight.

Maybe instead of demonizing the majority for the sins of the few, we should take a closer look at the root reasons why men are the majority of perpetrators. Like poverty, school grading, and social conditioning. Would we say the same for people of color because they are a majority of that violent crime? At the end of the day, blaming 50% of the world's population is sexist and only further pushes those on the edge towards violent behavior. It is far easier to blame everyone than have some compas…
