Bruh, wtf are you saying? Not only can I bench 1.5 times my body weight, but I can do it for reps. I was doing my own shit, and she was doing hers. We were just using the same bench

I think you missed the whole point of my post. I said that I didn’t mean to compliment her. I mistyped my message, and that’s what it looks like. I know how to game women. I was just curious as to how I should correct the situation, if at all. But I think I got my answer.

Usually I would do that, but the thing is that there’s a chance we don’t get to see eachother anymore, because the semester ends next week, which will change our schedules, making it so that we might not bump into eachother in the future. That’s kinda why I went straight to text her the same day, and strike while the iron was hot.

I think I’ll do that. TRP has made me overthink every interaction with women hahaha Thanks for the input!

Yeah, I tend to overthink these things. I know not to be weird, and be casual about it next time I see her. But thanks for the input

From what understand from TRP, it’s better to keep it simple. I don’t see what else I could have written. I was direct and showed my intentions, in as little words as possible

The locals are a hit and miss. But the young tourists were pretty damn decent. No complaints on my part. I still hit up some of the girls that I met there.

If there's anything I've learned about gaining and losing weight through my studies, my own personal experience and from my research, it's that everybody's body is different. Pretty obvious right? But to be fair, I usually cut pretty intensely. I could probably do it at 2k cals, but since I don't feel any negative effects at 1800, I don't mind eating only that much since my weight seems to go down pretty steadily.

Well, when I was at my leanest and meanest, I weighed around 170-175 at about 10-12% b.f. Since coming back from my vacation, my diet has been less than disciplined, making me sit at 185 at about 16% b.f. I'm getting back into it now though, because I'm actually planning on going on another trip at the end of the summer.

Keep your head up brother! Things get a lot easier with time and practice. I find that Tinder has helped me a lot with the way I text girls. Since you don't know the girl, it's a lot easier to kind of ignore them, not respond to them to eagerly and be kind of an asshole to get them to run after you. Think of it as a tutorial to the irl game. Something that I found funny throughout the time that I've been on this subreddit, is how similar everybody's story is. I always thought that I was the only…

I started working out right when I was about to turn 16. So basically, I've been hitting them gym consistently for about 8 years. However, I've been hitting the gym super seriously for "only" about 2 years, going basically everyday, doing a PPL program that I created (I'm a personal trainer). I usually eat around 1500-1800 cals per day to stay shredded, and train in a bodybuilding kind of style, i.e. hypertrophy (3x8, mostly compound movements, 2-3 min of rest). Also, being kind of hyperactive, …

Short, sweet and to the point. Nice post. I agree that most people these days expect things to be given to them, rather than actually take it for themselves. The first step to getting better at picking up women, is to better ones self. Once that is accomplished, the women will come naturally.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
