I disagree, I think most fat people understand why people aren't attracted to them and that isn't enough motivation to change anything.

I somewhat disagree with you. I don't think it is overrated, but there are other options. In this given scenario the guy is using the approach with a girl that has a boyfriend. Now he can't flat out give her a compliment because it would be inappropriate. Jokingly giving her a compliment that basically says "you aren't that terrible", can go a long way. It leaves the girl wanting more attention. I think this would go along with the whole cat and mouse deal.

I tend to prepare things that may spark conversation in the future. Not really my exact responses. If I'm going on a date, I try to prepare 3-5 things to bring up. Assuming she has things she wants to talk about, this could last up to 2 hours of captivating discussion.

I feel avoiding emotional stock is very useful. However extremely hard to do. I failed to do this with my last relationship. She was an attractive female, somewhat awkward because I think she lacked confidence and relationship experience. We went on 3 dates and then had sex. Cost about 60 dollars of meals and drinks. Having a good time - and letting it show I think this is huge when trying to pull attraction from the opposite sex. However it cannot be forced and unnatural. Enjoy yourself and have your general happiness effect the people around you. I need to work on " Use tone of voice effectively (tonality and rapport)" I tend to have this problem when attempting to jump into conversations.
