In answer to Squarehouse's question (even if it was rhetorical), it probably has to do a lot with traditional gender/ social hierarchy rules. Men and Women are brought up to traditionally view certain actions and activities as masculine and feminine, as well as "cool" and "uncool". 1	What is your favorite cologne? It's really inexpensive, but on a recommendation from a female friend, I picked up a bottle of English Leather and have gotten a surprising amount of compliments from it. This is in college though, so tastes may need to be adjusted for age. It's important to note that no cologne is gonna smell/ work the same for everyone.
