Pay everything on the first date. After that pay for some things but ask her if she is okay with covering next dinner or whatever else you will be doing. Also if she is flying in you can say something like: you get the plane tickets I will get the hotel etc. If she wants you to pay for everything she is not worth it. There are plenty of attractive women who will be totally cool with 50/50

Start doing something you have never done before. Go to a martial arts school or learn some new skills. Anything that will make you a better person and will switch your attention from looking for a relationship.
