There are other options. The trades are starving for talent. If you get into one and apply yourself you can make a liveable wage and if you excell you could start your own Llc and maybe become independently wealthy who knows but at 20 nobody is making bank. Go to YouTube and art of manliness with mark ripitoe. He’s an old Texan and will teach the basics of lifting. From there you can move on from his vids as they are pretty basic but your getting in on the ground floor. As for losing weight I follow Thomas Delaur. He’s just some intermittent fasting and keto guy but his videos are very helpful and together with diet and exercise you’ll get to a happy place and if you wanna date or what not you’ll at least be in a good spot

Those numbers sound small considering the scale we are measured on. I’m considered overweight at 6’2 223 semi muscular build and 33” waste. I don’t have a six pack but you can see it’s formation. I think more accurate measurements are required to define a healthy BMI than just height and weight.

Tbh I don’t think there is a bad martial art. You just have to experiment and find what works for you. Basically buy sets of lock picks and random locks on eBay and figure out how to pick them. My alternator went up today. Dealer wants 1500 to repair. Told them to shove it. Parts cost me 300 for belt tensioner and alternator plus 4 hours of my time. Learn to be self sufficient. I know you can't fix everything on the road. But true independence requires that you be a sorta renaissance man dabbling in a bit of everything.
