She said it was 2 people that raped her. Seriously how dumb are you, even if you believed that then there should be 3 suspects Anyway plus 2 means pre-University/diploma student . As in 10+2 Indian highschool is till 10th grade , +2 is the 2 pre-University years or diploma years which determines which College or course you can apply or eligible for. Hence he is a plus two Student

Also rape charges are non bailable offence if you have a solid evidence like DNA test you can get bail eles no way . Example let's say your GF accuses you , you will most likely rot in jail for years till the case is finished

India is a sub continent sized country with 17% of human race in it. There are matriarchal society, patriarchal society, only people that control the order is the rich and powerful. Patriarchal/matriarchy are painting a complex class struggle black and white. Givrb this fact , Higher class women through feminist lobbied to create one if not the most gender bias laws on earth . I'm not even kidding. They lobbied to ammend rape laws , now women can not be charged for rape , sexual assault, harresm…

Feminist will try pin this on the British but it's BS , Till 2011 rape and sexual harresment was gender neutral, feminist lobbies forced the court to remove it
