I went in to get my tubes removed and the doctor asked me what if my partner wanted kids. I said we have 5 between us, it wouldn't matter if he wanted more because if he did we would not be together, and if I get pregnant I'm gonna yetus the fetus. Needless to say, I ended up getting the procedure. It pisses me off that anyone needs someone else's permission to have a procedure done to themselves. And the fact that people are denied medical services just because they might change their mind late…

I'm 5'2" and I've never had a height preference but I've always tended to date taller guys (wasn't anything I tried to do, just happened). I met my partner 5 years ago and he's 5'7", and frankly, it's awesome. My neck doesn't hurt anymore if I want to kiss him, and overall, I've found it the perfect height.

I definitely could. Last year I was doing 20:4 IF with Keto and going running/to the gym 4 times a day. Did that for aboit 3 months until i had surgery and could do any exercise for 2 months and my mental health took a nasty turn. Since then its been more struggling with mental.health, plus another surgery a couple months ago which made me unable to do much exercise like before for a month, then the depression eating comes in and its a circle. Thank you. I'll.check it out My foot long consists of whole wheat bread, white cheddar cheese, lettuce, spinach, tomato, cucumber, green pepper, and red onion. One line of Caesar, one of garlic, then a little bit of parm. Thats how I take it every day. With what I do all day I should be taking in about 1500 calories so I think im doing ok with lunch I hope.

It is a stress on my body, as its 100+ lbs..it changes due to the sizes of pieces I work with but I do get what you are saying. I do have quite a bit of muscle because ive been doing this kind of work for 15 years now, I just happen to have a bit of chub over top which is what I want to get rid of

I lift upwards of 100lbs every 10 minutes at work and then come home and clean and cook dinner. In that period I'll eat a foot long veggie sub from subway and come home and have 2 pieces of toast with jam or peanut butter, then whatever is for dinner. Its not much, but ita definitely mainly the carbs as im constantly moving and going all day. Its not easy that's for sure and I know i just have to apply myself better, but I'm trying.
