Because Pornhub and it's content is largely geared towards men, I find it odd that I'm here over a sentence in an opinion piece. Usually, I'm trying to explain that porn doesn't degrade women and is empowering to the feminist audience.

It's open to any gender?

Because less women consume/pay for porn than men.

Probably, you can ask Dr Laurie http://www.pornhub.com/sex/contact-us/ :)

Male centric. The overwhelming majority of porn is made for men. I didn't mean dominated as in BDSM.

Yup it makes complete sense and is understandable. Helped us realize that the opinion pieces really aren't labeled well. We're going to put that disclaimer on all of them going forward.

Yup comments are open but we need to enable Disqus soon so more people will be willing to share. Should be added this week. Likewise with the civility.

I just edited the post so you didn't see but this is a part of the opinion "real talk" section.

I agree completely. I edited the post at the top to say: Disclaimer: Opinions voices in the "Real Talk" section are not necessarily those of Pornhub.com We don't want to edit our contributors opinions. Also, reading the whole article and her other submissions (not posted yet) there is obvious humor that is being missed.

I wasn't equating the two. I was giving an example how feminists were also pissed at a menial item in a fun way to teach about sex and wellness. It's an editorial under "real talk". There are actual PhD articles and anatomy articles in other sections. There may just as well be an editorial in the future that does say women who don't like facials are pathetic.

It's part of the "real talk" category under sexuality. It's an editorial, not fact.

You are, and I'm allowed to voice why I think the concerns are a little silly to say the least. One of you even emailed us in a rage to have it removed. Meanwhile we have feminists complaining that we said the clit was similar to the tip of the penis and didn't say the tip of the penis is similar to the clit. Can never win apparently. We're a porn site. We give the world free porn. This was a fun idea to get some experts in their fields to write about healthy sex and relationships. We can't say …

Seriously? One random article has you all in a fit when you can literally watch millions of male dominated porn videos a click away on our main site. It's crazy how this subsite managed to piss off mens rights AND all the feminists at the same time. I thought you were better than them.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
