I think ur seen as a thug and they like that. I don't really have a niche, I mean I'm passionate about working out but I'll never have the best body without great genetics naturally. I dont have any other interests so I'm not sure how to find it.

Are u extroverted and good looking? Like do u have a sharp jaw or really Good beard? Also age?. I'm brown ,introverted and short... I already lift and above average in studies, seeing what I can improve by talking to people of similar height cause I think thats a problem.

Idk I thought u guys were experienced and living great lives, doing well in all aspects of life. I feel I'm at a disadvantage because due to my genetic, I can work really hard but never be the best. I feel that if u haven't gotten attention in ur teens, it might be over cause that's when everybody is interested and hornier

Its like training a body part every day for a few weeks or months and then resting for 1 or 2 whole weeks. Makes the body and the cells adapt to grow bigger. Numbers might get a bit worse due to training that muscle everyday but its supposed to be bigger

I'm similar to u, really young, introverted and hard working in the gym but clueless on other aspects. Life pretty much revolves around gym, school and video games. No social life except for gym and the time at school. Any advice guys?(I've already read some answers in the thread)

There is an app on android (not sure about apple) called personal training coach. You can find a program you like and stick to it. Records all ur progress, lifts, sets, reps and rest times. Choose a novice program, I would recommend ivysaur 448. Also make sure to get 8 hours or more if u can, I cut out most social media or useless stuff to sleep more. I'm also really skinny I would recommend drinking a lot of milk if u can

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
