Thanks for the article. Could you add to it a list of the quick fixes you mentioned need avoiding and also the holistic habits with are beneficial? I probably know the majority myself, but it might prove useful to beginners.

I agree 100% with what you said, it took many months until it got to the point it did when I got that angry. To be honest she probably did show the texts to other women in there, but I have gone past the point of giving a shit. None of the women asked why I didn't attend the wedding so they must have been told something. I no longer want their approval/validation to any extent, or that of any woman. I'm done. I have his books and your incorrect about the meal timings, he says there is some benefit to splitting meals but he presents scientific evidence showing that you don't need to eat 5-6 times a day, however you do have to pay attention to pre and post workout meals.

I think that the point the OP was communicating, to use your analogy, was that if you have sufficient emotional fuel you will love to lay brick PLUS be able to lay 5+ bricks a day instead and/or lay heavier bricks than if one had little to no emotional fuel. Have emotional fuel while lifting is always better than little to none. How could motivation be a detriment in most cases?
