Yeah it’s weird because he contacts my family and friend but did it in a way where he isn’t trying to talk to me? But obviously he wants them to tell me to get my attention and bother me :( that makes total sense being careful with advice. I need to report these incidents ASAP. He also did serve a bit of jail time and got bailed out. I really hope this pulls though. Thanks again and glad you are safe.

Thanks it looks like in California it is within 60 days so he will be in the clear. I don’t know what to do other than try to get pro Bono help. I’m scared and didn’t know this was even possible. He has been contacting my dad and my good friend after the restraining order ridiculous long messages. Also, I moved addresses since the last order was granted. My restraining order finally went through a couple of months ago against my abusive husband. I finally started to have peace these last few months without him contacting me and harassing me. I just learned today from my lawyer he is appealing the restraining order I got granted and I will need to go back to court. What can I do?
