I'm no neurologist, but I don't feel like fairness is in-born quality. The body is ultimately trying to pass on genes, and if being unequal in your favor will help, I think fairness is something taught and instilled in children worldwide from an early age. It's part of the reason that sociopaths can be perceived as selfish. I agree on all points however. Men are expected to do a lot, while women don't have to do anything if they don't want to.

This I agree with. What the example in my head I was enacting was a scenario in an office, where a coworker asks me to help move her desk. I'll help because I'm quite muscular. I guess you can consider her selecting me over weaker people is discrimination, but whatever. I full agree on all points. I'm not about to help some poor wymyn who brought one too many suitcases on her vacation.

Every crime should be investigated seriously. I'm not sure on their definition of security. Do they mean that if a rape case occurs, they shut down the area of the attack? Do they call in their version of SWAT? Do they shut down major airports? It's seriously up in the air right now as to what they mean by "as seriuosly as terrorist threats."

Helping with heavy objects is a difficult subject with different views in the MRA community. If I am indeed stronger than, say, a woman, I'll help out. Likewise, on the off-chance there's a ripped woman, I'll expect her to help. This is a gray area because in one sense you are more likely to be asked for help if you are a guy, but almost always its because the request comes from someone weaker. It is a mix of gender equality and simple features of a body.

It's discrimination. Denying access to a service based on a group that the individual belongs to. "...unjust or prejudicial treatment of different categories of people or things..." They are treating this man, John, differently based simply on what group/category he is in. Regardless of the ratio of women vs men in bike shops, it's discrimination. I'm sorry but the article is about this woman who was killed. not about the terrible acts of ISIS. I could understand if the article linked was about victims of ISIS and ISIS's violence, but this is a SPECIFIC article about a woman who was killed because of her refusal. If you want to protest this, find the percentages of articles about ISIS that focus on men vs women. Not this article. This was a cruel act committed by cruel people, not about ISIS's offenses in general.
