I speak from a place of personal experience based on many years of working as a man in jobs where there were a lot of women in the workplace. If you want to know what people are really like you need to get to that point of comfort where the social mask slips and I’ve been there. Trust me, Mike Pence got it right when he said he’d never be alone with a woman who wasn’t his wife. You gotta ensure you have documentation and witnesses any time you deal with women.

As someone who has worked many years in offices where I was the only man I can assure you there is a huge difference between men and women in terms of how they behave and socialize. Men are nowhere near as vindictive and vicious as women are. Men can fight and let it go but women hold onto grudges and aren’t happy unless the victim is utterly destroyed. It’s a vicious form of office politics and the whole “Queen bee/mean girl” thing is just the law of the land for women.

The ADA is about business accommodating the handicapped. While it has been abused by bad actors it has also done a lot of good to increase safety and accessibility for the disabled. A woman who got knocked up isn’t disabled.
