But the thing is...you can lead someone on all day long and at the end of the day you don't owe them shit. Regardless of how much you perceive that she led him on, she did not consent to any more touching than simply cuddling and some kissing. This isn't some big conspiracy or mystery. Those do exist and are the vast majority of scholarships. If you have good grades you're going to get scholarships regardless. The school I went to, if you were pulling in Bs they dumped 1.5-2k a year into you without applying. A's and you were looking at 2-4k a year again without applying. They're called academic achievement scholarships.

What is it when you look at number killed vs the % of population in the US. If 64% of people killed are white, but whites make up 85% of the population those numbers don't compare and your point is moot. If the 36% left over are black and they make up only 15% of the population, well that's where you're getting the black lives matter movement. tl;dr you can't just look at % of people killed because demographics are not equal.

One thing I watched (Canadian courts) is that instead of writing a prenup that just states No money here or there etc... Write that after 1 year of marriage they get x%, after 2 years they get y%, after 3 they get z%... etc up until say 10 years where they can get 50%. If you read the article, perhaps you found a bad article, CBC had a nice one. By him pleading guilty, yes he gets 18 months of probation, which on the front looks to be double her sentence, BUT, he will NOT carry a criminal record, does not have to admit to a criminal record on any application, is allowed outside between 10pm-6am, etc. So it looks like his sentence is more harsh, but her's actually carries more penalties and will follow her around for the rest of her life.
