2	Why Men Are NOT APPROACHING WOMEN At The Work Place Anymore I keep my distance as well. Our organization had a male employee who was accused of inappropriate behavior towards a female colleague. There was little to no witnesses when it allegedly happened, but he was terminated the next day. Anyway I've always been keeping my distance towards new female employees. 5	How concerned are you that primarily men will be expected to fight in the next World War? Concerned but not surprised. It's always been the men risking their lives and forced to undertake the dangerous and potentially fatal roles. Most of the time under threat and not given a choice. Hell, I felt bad for both the Ukraine and Russian soldiers that were forced into this mess.
