Vitamins are a supplement to a diet. You can go on any diet and still take vitamins. It's just something healthy people do (especially if their diet doesn't give them their required vitamins).

You're actually wrong. Losing weight is basically calories in / calories out. Women ARE biologically programmed to choose mates more selectively. Men, however, are not designed to fuck everything. This is why females have so many secondary sex characteristics. If they didn't need to develop them to attract males and compete with females, then why do they have otherwise-fitness-reducing characteristics?
