I know this isn't in your best of interests, but simply don't care. I told a girl to shut the fuck up because she was insulting my hair and saying boys shouldn't have long hair, she got real quiet. My sister and mom thought I took it too far and I told them I didn't give a shit, anyone who bullies is a piece of trash.
