Dude, take this question to a HR sub to get advice, you are not going to get “unbiased” advice in here, just an echo chamber for your frustration. This isn’t a dig at anyone, I agree with a lot of what is being said, however, it’s sounds like HR messed up (from my experience and knowledge). Check company HR policies about complaints against other staff, they should have gotten your side at least. But as I say, try a HR sub. And remember, it’s just a job.

You haven’t said what the job is. Cleaner? Dishwasher? Housekeeper? Nanny? Professional shopper? These are fields that are largely dominated by women, so you are the exception to the rule.
