I'm glad that the manager handled the issue appropriately for the most part, but what slightly shocks me is that based on the wording of the post it sounds like the manager requested the victim to bring the assailant to her directly, instead of getting the assailant herself or having security or someone else do it. I feel like it could've been handled better in regards to the victim but generally the punishment fit the crime.
