1	Working out and eating healthy has changed my perspective on life for the better. If you haven’t started lifting weights, do it now It's just like that. After that discipline takes over. I haven't felt motivated in fucking MONTHS but I never skip workouts. It also matters how long you've been lifting. I've been at it for 2 years now and it's normally at that stage where you start getting uninspired.
