Mhm, but also if there is no choice, then it’s likely people will join. And if they don’t, then they’ll be overrun. That’s just how democracy works I guess. Plus it doesn’t really matter, every country uses propaganda so much that people’s decision to join is hardly their own

I agree. Although some changes would have to be made regarding how the military conducts itself to account for it. And I think military service can benefit you in a lot of ways, unless you see combat then it’s more of a detriment. I also agree, in my opinion if not enough people voluntarily join then a war should not be fought.
