This! Also if it's possible, on future calls with your family try and record the incriminating statements, so if things do to down the shitter, you will have somewhat of a case if you get a good judge.

This is why I am leaving this subreddit. I used to believe that this subreddit was for fighting for men's rights to be found equal in criminal law, and family law. Now I realize its about 50% true believers, and 50% people who like posting news stories about women hurting men and saying "SEE THEY'RE VIOLENT ANIMALS, IF A MAN DID THIS....." Posting on a subreddit about what WOULD have happened if a man did it does NOTHING for the cause. Join a support group, or post topics that are of real intere…

Whoa whoa whoa. I'm not sure this is a mens rights thing. This is just a case of a lunatic, WHO is going to lose 100% guaranteed in court. She didn't dislike him because he was a man, she disliked him because he didn't like other men.
