I guess there are different levels to monk mode. But I suggest busting a load without looking a porn as fast as possible once a week or twice a week (depending on the frequency of your urges). Keep busy, work on your passions and purpose, exercise by lifting heavy ass shit or lifting your bodyweight. Stop drinking caffeine altogether , avoid fruits or sugars or high carbs before bed. You have to understand that most people are disillusion, brainwashed, blue pilled etc. Your family or anyone with the BP mindset will belittle you or use shaming tactics. If you're red pilled then you got to hold frame. Hold it like a motherfucker. Then continue to do what you were always going to do. Not sure if you live with your parents but move out, get a job or part time job, and continue to gyow.

How long do you have left? If it's a year or a semester just finish it. But get a parttime job while you're at it. Pay that 6000 off and whatever you have beyond that is pure hard cash. You might be able to look into dropshipping which has a little to none start up cost. And I’m not a programmer but I looked into it on YouTube. There are people that learned to code on their own and only needed to show their work as a resume to get a job.

It seems like you need a complete dopamine reboot. You need stay off the drugs forever and try to go on without taking on any external stimulus. For now work on staying away from drugs, then the porn, then social media, music, and movies and what not. Look up monk mode.
