1	I found this. I'm starting to feel ashamed to be a man. I shouldn't feel this way. There are protocols for prohibiting mentally unstable people from getting firearms from licensed dealers, however, its based upon a judicial ruling, so the person would have to be deemed unfit by a judge, or admitted to a mental institution without their consent.
