Why didn’t you save her milk? Because you didn’t want to listen to her demand? There’s a difference between holding frame/composure compared to just straight acting like a dick. Of course you both got into a fight. For four months of dating this shouldn’t be a make or break type of deal. A lot of maturing needs to be had.

You do nothing. You ghost her. Regardless of what she did in the past or how she “felt at this time” are waste of thoughts. Moving forward, you know what you have to do. Hold frame, don’t cry/complain to her. If she really wants to make it work/patch things up, she will.

You can try and get to the “bottom of it” all you want, but you can’t negotiate/persuade attraction or a connection. You need to let the situation be. Don’t focus on her and worry about yourself. You sabotaged the relationship when you tried helping her find her own connection to you. What you should have done in that time is let her find it on her own while you focused on yourself/gave less attention to her. Focusing on yourself would allow her to want to reconnect since she’d see your progress. The best way to move forward from here is to leave her be and focus on lifting/bettering yourself. Good luck.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
