Wildly, that wasn’t a typo. In sexual assault cases, especially male on female rape, the “innocent until proven guilty” clause doesn’t hold up well. But between him getting charged and the charges getting dropped the local news station got ahold of the charges. Ran a full court press basically saying he is without a shadow of a doubt guilty (with no evidence). Had a friend in college get accused of rape by some girl who didn’t like him. We had security cameras in our house that instantly proved the claims false (he has an alibi from us as well).
