So far I haven't had to quarantine, just the social distancing thing and as an introvert, that's a good thing :) Kayaking and cycling are my go to (upper and lower body) used to enjoy coming back and going to the spa in my building complex but that's a no no now and the lap pool (was doing a 1km swim in the mornings) and gym are both shut of course.
