1	19 YO girl who made up false rape claims has charges raised to felony. Now faces up to 32 years compared to the original 6 months. Hey it’s not probation, it’s an adjudicated deferral program WITH probation. What it means is that that felony charge is in a nice little box in the judges drawer, and usually the program is 6-12 months that she can’t get in trouble and probably has to attend some community service and classes.
