1	Another Perspective on the Wage Gap THAT'S THE ISSUE! It's not their gender, it's upper management not giving a shit. Also, if it was a 'idiot of a guy' who you had to constantly help, you wouldn't hold his sex against him, he would not be that 'dumb guy', he would just be an idiot. I just came to check this sub out for shits and gigs, and I do agree with some of the ideas presented, but a lot of comments here are scarily biased.
