I'm pretty sure the "WHO" and the term genital mutilation has an origin stemming from Africa for women//girls and yes it is based off of psychotic ignorant ideas. But for guys; I think we're just going to have to agree to disagree.

The point was, The parents chose to force their kids into a covid vac. which is known to cause blood clots. source But for some reason, you seem to want to stand up and battle for kids who were forced to have a small piece of skin on a penis cut off. I don't get it. Maybe you can enlighten me?
