1	I can't stop thinking about suicide. Well brother. This can't love yourself thing most likely stems from something from your childhood, maybe you won't even realize what is causing it. Sit down, go through the moments of your past, analyze your thoughts. Most likely you had some traumatic event that made you felt unworthy of love, to the point where you lost compassion and love for yourself as well.
