Well man the great thing is you are still alive and as long as you're alive and healthy all those things you mentioned about money sex etc you can get better at all those areas in your life you just have to work harder than ever, and read books on self development,business biography and philosophy an since you're on this sub take resources provided and approach more women on a daily basis.
