Much like a tattoo is something done to you, most places in my experience will not work on someone who is intoxicated, and will likely have a waiver for you to sign saying you haven't been drinking. Parents need to know what is going on in their children's lives to do their jobs effectively. Women go to clubs to dance and drink, right? So if a woman goes on ladies night to not drink and only dance, you're losing more money.
