3	Keeping your maiden name I am all for compromises in a relationship. What I meant was you can't let every aspect of your life revolve around one person. It's unhealthy. 8	Keeping your maiden name I'm not changing mine unless I like his more. Like I saw one today I thought "That is a Kickass last name I would SO take that name!" I get the whole making a family thing, but I'm still my own person regardless. I don't see it as a sign of disrespect. It's my name it's my choice. It's been part of my identity my whole life.
