So it’s better to ignore injustice and just walk away…? What you’re advocating for is not justice. Nor is walking away = ignoring injustice. There are plenty of ways to tackle this through Management, HR heck even social media. Consulting companies are in dire need for talent and if they dont reward that, they’ll lose their best resource. If you’re really worthy of promotion, they’ll go out of their way to keep you, especially when you say you’ll leave. I despise the american model to sue and hope you hit the jackpot.
