No. Just approach and say hi. Practice until it's easy. Then, work on openers and transitions.

Wrong. The answer is 5. Call her out firmly and respectfully. #1 let's it slide so she loses respect. #4 is passive aggressive and weak.

So say something more interesting then. You don't have to say boring things. Make a list of fun topics if you need to. Ask interesting questions.

Definitely depends on the girl, so you could screen before, but you don't ask directly - otherwise you risk making it weird for her. When I've done it, I made it spontaneous - and it's more exciting for her that way. I just take a break on the hike, escalate to kissing a little bit, and then if it seems she's down for more, I'd pick her up and carry her to a private spot and then make it happen. Women like to be surprised IF they are down for something like that.

Height definitely helps and lifts are fine - women wear makeup for the same reason. BUT, you are right that you need to feel good about yourself first. So, as scary as it is. Go out in flip flops. Get used to dealing with being your natural height and accepting it. Once you do, you can go back to wearing lifts knowing that they do help you, but you don't NEED them.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
