The issue i have for "trans healthcare" as you put it is being applied to children as young as 4. Bullshit! No children are given puberty blockers or hormones or surgeries at 4 years old! I just think that in the case of trans women are men who have had their own fair share of issues and insecurities. No shit Sherlock. And a lot of those problems went away once I started HRT. Yes. Since I live in the UK I take cyproterone acetate and estradiol, but if you live in the US you will probably want spiro which is less effective and makes you pee but hey ho.
