Silly boy. Your priority is always yourself. If I were you I’d pack my bags and get out of whatever crappy western country you’re in and go to a nice, safe, clean place where you can make same money. Usually like Japan or Singapore or Hong Kong
/r/Divorce_Men12/10/23 11:16 AM

Lol why would you even stay there when you get taxed twice. First ticket out to Japan good luck enforcing the American empire’s laws there
/r/Divorce_Men11/10/23 03:35 PM

Teach you a trick. Say you want 0 time cut all contact refuse payments. She’ll be crawling for you to show up
/r/Divorce_Men11/10/23 03:10 PM

Sell your house and show Japan you have $200,000 cash. They’ll give you a long stay visa. Fly there and wire the money out. Cya later in laws
/r/Divorce_Men08/10/23 03:59 AM

Got a court order against you in USA and you’re as a result living like a homeless man? Lol I wouldn’t even bother to stay in USA. Here I come hk, Japan etc
/r/Divorce_Men08/10/23 02:23 AM
1

The answer is. Get a visa in first world Asia which is a way better place to live anyway. Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan etc. get a job there. And cya later wifey. Good luck enforcing American laws there

Get out of California or America altogether

Guys. Liquid cash. Crypto. Residency statuses elsewhere. I have hk Taiwan and Japan. See you later when these women play gamds

You want to play nasty? As a lawyer here’s one. Suggest that she has stolen marital assets and hid it in her relatives’ names. Subpoena her relatives’ documents and threaten to put caveat on their houses. If your lawyer refuses, fire them and find a nastier one. I love the law

Time to yourself to do what you want. Want to go out to drink with friends? Sure. Want to stay up to read manga? Sure. Want to sleep in on weekend? Sure. If money permits, want to go holiday tomorrow? Sure. At holiday want to meet some local girls and flirt a bit or maybe even sleep a bit? Sure

Yea I read it. Maybe sell the story to news it’s pretty funny, they might pay $14k
/r/Divorce_Men04/10/23 02:24 AM

Lol my parents had a business right. Their business partner forged their signature and sold it to her relative. We obviously retained lawyers etc. lawyers said by the time you win the case, they would’ve stripped the company of everything and in fact you’ll be left with a liability. So the only reason you’d do it is to try secure a criminal conviction. But even if you did, that so called business partner had an under 16 child, so she wouldn’t go to jail. Welcome to western law
/r/Divorce_Men04/10/23 02:23 AM

Lol is this a joke? You’re divorcing over -$30k and now want to be together because that’s gone to +$14k?
/r/Divorce_Men04/10/23 02:09 AM

Why are there even simps marrying lol. To work 60 hours a week and give your money to someone while living in fear they can take 70% of it and kick you out of the house. Funny creatures

You’re in big trouble. Even if you go after her in court she’ll just wire all the money out to Thailand and see you later. Seen this playbook before. Morale or story. Never share bank accounts with anyone let alone put their names on title

Wow. Looks like you got conned. Unfortunately as someone who has experience going through courts (not for divorce, for business) a few times, you have to have $200-300k to get through something like this. So if she’s taken all your money out you’re pretty screwed. You could try those free legal aid services but they’re pretty hopefully and by the time you can do anything she could’ve sold everything and move to Bali. I’d suggest using what little cash you have to lodge a caveat they call it in m…

Ah I have two kids with an unmarried spouse in Japan. Don’t have the problems you have but if I was you, I’d say you need to be more ruthless I’m sorry. As much as we all love your kids, you’re only in a condition to provide a good environment to them if you’re in a good mental state. Otherwise you’re setting a miserable example and being a miserable existence for them anyway. Saw a few other comments from others in this thread in similar situation in Japan. Seriously. Look good, dress young but good quality crisp clean (no colourful T-shirt’s like you’re some washed up guy partying in Hawaii). Head full of hair. Laser your overgrown face hair. Gym. And drive a Porsche

It is. But modern America and its friends have re-educated these men to be door mats. And even their mums who are meant to protect them don’t have the foresight to warn them. You see crap like this happening in China or japan? Nope
/r/Divorce_Men29/09/23 11:15 AM
4

Ah you live in a leftie world. Let me give you some advice. Never add a woman to your bank accounts. Now with what you’ve got left and your business gone, collate what little money you have left. Put into Bitcoin. Buy first ticket out to Japan on a 30m yen visa (hopefully you have at least that which is around $200k usd), and take first flight out. Cya later have fun trying to get your $12k/month. Tada!!!!
/r/Divorce_Men29/09/23 11:01 AM

Your value is in the future. When I divorced I gave my ex who was actually a very nice person a house. Fast forward a few years I’m worth $10m+ now so whatever. I could halve it again and hardly affect my lifestyle probably forever
/r/Divorce_Men29/09/23 08:10 AM

That’s when having money does improve your self worth. Kaching. Make more $$
/r/Divorce_Men28/09/23 08:09 AM

Nope. I would even laugh at her in her face
/r/Divorce_Men27/09/23 10:48 PM

Yah. Many people don’t get the law. As I always say, don’t blame the ex wife, blame own mother for not giving you a proper education in asset protection against women
/r/Divorce_Men27/09/23 09:17 AM

Generally you’re on the hook even if she made 0 contribution money wise. Welcome to the western world.
/r/Divorce_Men27/09/23 09:15 AM

Nah mine was incredibly remorseful but it was all just too late, we were a month away from the court approving the divorce. I said to her let’s let it go through because what’s the difference on a piece of paper, if we wanted to be together we still would. Obviously she was partly motivated by a piece of paper after all, as I didn’t hear from her after and divorce went through. While I would’ve gone back and tried despite that, another girl got pregnant month after. Such is fate
/r/Divorce_Men27/09/23 08:10 AM

Exactly love how people on this thread like to defend the left when they just lost 60% of their money and make ongoing payments as a result of leftist movement. Want to see real right win stuff? China and Japan
/r/Divorce_Men26/09/23 02:52 AM
4

Hahahaha you’re lucky the leftie courts don’t make you pay and do housework
/r/Divorce_Men25/09/23 09:48 AM
10

Lol in same way you never quite break off your father or your kid, if you see your spouse as your family, you dont walk away and just try to make it work. If you can’t do that; then clearly that person is not your family. If you’re not my family then why would I marry you or enter into any commitment with you? So funny
/r/Divorce_Men25/09/23 02:40 AM

As a guy always protect yourself. I never know why guys leave themselves exposed when they have more than $100k. You’re lucky you got the house

I took a guy to kyabakura … he kept talking about his wife and ask me why he would talk to another girl with such a lovely family. 6 months later his wife left him and filed an injunction order against him and is going after his parents’ properties in trusts. What an idiot
/r/Divorce_Men21/09/23 05:08 AM

You need $$. Kaching. And never buy properties in America if you’re going to get married because you end up losing them all. Lesson learned

/r/Divorce_Men17/09/23 11:29 AM

Lol it’s your life. It’s up to you what you want to do there’s no right or wrong. Some people do everything for their kids and end up happy. Others do same thing and their kids just use them and kick them to the street gutter after. But if there’s one thing you should have some self esteem and learn to protect yourself. Sounds like you were a doormat and still am

Wow you have 1 blood daughter and there are other kids who she expects you to pay child support for? How did you get into this
/r/Divorce_Men06/09/23 04:41 PM
2

Yea. If you’re rich no issues. I know heaps of divorced guys with 2-5 kids who find cute girlfriends 10-15 years younger and help look after the kids. Now I know what you’re going to say. She likes you for the money not for who you are. Let me ask you this. Do you think if you were missing an arm and begging on the street, whichever girl likes you will still like you?

Yep that’s exactly what I do

It’s age of leftism and decline in the west. All these lefties want women empowerment, less work, more say etc. But animal kingdom doesn’t work like that. All related. The guys used to think it’s ok, how superior their. I don’t blame them because that’s how they’re raised. Until such a model bites them in the bum

Fool you once shame on them. Fool you twice…..

Take the loss, lose half your equity, and move on. Lesson in life. Don’t trust women with 50% of your money that they don’t deserve except due to some arbitrary imposition by western law, and protect your assets

/r/Divorce_Men23/08/23 05:51 PM

That’s why I don’t get married or put myself legally on hook, especially in Anglo countries with unscientific laws where some stay at home random takes half your stuff

I separated with someone after around 12 years. Was very sad. I still get sad sometimes and it’s around 5 years later now. First 6 months I lost sleep, went to see paid girls every night. I actually met 1-2 who were very nice to me and kind of dated me for a bit and helped me get out of the ditch. I had a few friends I confided in but we probably spent more time partying with the paid girls more than anything. Eventually i by chance impregnated a young girl. We have 2 kids now. Not married. Not that much. Maybe $1m house. Gave her a $40k watch and a $40k ring and opened a $200k business for her a little before she left. Probably spent $50k legal fees (was an amicable settlement). All up $1.3m or so? Less than 20% of my net worth for her best years so whatever

Lol at your second comment it’s amazing how someone who refuses to get a job still tries to ruin your life. My view is don’t play the person. Anyone empowered as they have by the state will have a possibility of going out to get you. The real question is, why is this allowed by the law.
/r/Divorce_Men28/06/23 03:09 PM

Put it in my cabinet shelf where I display my Lego. Hid it inside a Lego bank vault of a Lego cowboy’s home. As for hers I hope she kept it. I spent $30k even 10 years ago

/r/Divorce_Men12/06/23 08:51 AM

Hmm I think that’s ok. If you had a girlfriend would you ban her from seeing your kids? I mean they’re your kids. Your DNA. If some other guy wants to spend money on your DNA he must really love your ex wife or isn’t very smart hahaha
/r/Divorce_Men01/06/23 07:43 AM
2

The guys dumped her and you’re her plan B. Don’t be a sucker, be like me. Once I found out my ex wife was seeing another guy I quickly got rid of her. Gave her a million dollar house. No sweat. Made it back in 6 months.

Have sex with other women and make heaps of money. Nothing to feel better than living 10x better with 100x more money than before. That’s me and a friend. When wife left me I had like $1-1.5m. Now I have $10m+, have kid with someone in her early 20s in Japan. So good.

I would leave US or Europe. Sell everything. Convert to cash and send to China. Then get a work visa there at top tier city. You probably make as much. And top cities in China much more developed than US. Then say bye bye to the ex wife
/r/Divorce_Men06/05/23 11:22 AM

If you are rich and don’t have hard assets like properties. Liquidate. Go to hk and open a bank account. Wire everything there. And ignore the stupid US courts

Found what better? My ex wife left me and for 1-2 years I felt very sad about it and couldn’t sleep. Fast forward 5 years now I couldn’t be happier. I spend money on what I want, my business has grown, I’m much richer, I look younger and dress more trendily, and I spend less money on items for her like $100k for a failed business or $50k for a watch or $20k holidays doing what I don’t want to do.
