You may be an outlier, but most women demand these things. It is good that you are independent and support yourself. But the reality is that most women are not like that. Just because there are a few rare cases of women like you doesn't mean that's the overall trend. Those are not the women a choose either. I just can't find any woman that's not like I described.

No. But we do deserve respect and appreciation, which men rarely get in a straight relationship. I'm fine with any woman as long as she's respectful, loving, appreciative, and loyal. Men have things they are always required to do, too. Like be above six feet, or buy on the first date, or pay for her bills and support her financially. Unlike what some men demand of women, things demanded of men are beyond our control (like height).

Yeah, women do that all the time. Best just to move on to the next one. I would ghost her as well. She was probably seeing multiple guys and you didn't make the cut. I wish women would just be upfront with men and say what they mean.

I would say no to your hypothetical woman every time. Especially one that is irresponsible with money. I don't honestly care what a woman looks like as long as they are mature, responsible, respectful, and loyal. But from my experience, most women in the dating pool are exactly like your hypothetical.

Most men are actually looking for dating and long-term relationship potential. It's just assumed that all they are looking for is sex. Not all men are out just to get laid. I would love to find a respectful, loyal, and independent woman for a relationship, but that is rare if not impossible. I would love women to approach, and from my experience, they do. I have been approached several times.

I think good conversation is important as well as respect and loyalty. Not be rude or dismissive. Someone who doesn't automatically think the guy is only out for sex.

I will help someone I care about. Just like a woman would hopefully do anything to protect their children, men will do anything to protect their significant other. In addition most men will want to protect their children too. In retrospect, men protecting women is in turn protecting their children because women protect the children. This is a basic biological need (to protect offspring or even potential offspring). Which explains why men will protect girlfriends whom they have the potential of h…

I was molested by my step mother and I've had mostly other men make fun of it. (I'm male). And all the women I have told have been sympathetic. So I see what you mean. Women do reinforce male stereotypes some, but it's mostly men that are hard on other men. I think the same can be said about women reinforcing common female stereotypes.

You are correct. Women break up most marriages because they become bored and cheat. Marriage almost always benefits women especially when there are children involved. Women are more likely to get custody thus benefit from child support. People in general need to realize we change in a relationship. Over time we are not going to be the same person you married. And that's the excuse women use. "He's not the same man I married". Well you are not the same either, and that's okay. We should grow more…

Finances should be discussed prior to marriage. In my former marriage it was my wife who handled the bills. (And I made the money). She was very fiscally responsible and we never did without or were late on bills until I lost both my jobs (but I got new ones). Women can be fiscally responsible. But you are right in that a lot of women aren't.

Do you mean women being submissive or men being submissive? Either way, it has its positives and negatives. We shouldn't be too submissive to the point that we are treated poorly. But sometimes, we need to let the man or woman make their own decisions that affect them. For example, if there is a major financial decision, the party that makes the most money should decide. If there's a decision involving any children, the party with the most parental care should decide. Other decisions should be d…

We should start a new tradition. I'm only old school if that's what a woman wants. My ex-wife (ex because she cheated on me) was a traditionalist. She wanted to stay home and have babies. Which she did. I worked 60 hours per week to support my family until she got pregnant with another guy. But I didn't expect her to be a traditionalist. She wanted that. I would love to find a strong, independent woman with a good career and her own ambitions. My ex was very clingy and a sex addict, so when I fi…

No. Unless they are the female equivalent of "nice guy" incels. I've run into many women who are just as angry at rejection as the neck beard nice guy persona. Usually, if a woman is too nice, she is trying to avoid conflict and a potential "nice guy" overreaction. A genuinely nice girl I would definitely go for. But usually, I'm the one that gets approached first.

I can see what you're saying--misogyny is used as an excuse for misandry. But I disagree mostly. Women have been given everything and still hate men. Every time they are given something, they find something else to complain about. Feminism has indoctrinated women into thinking there is a patriarchal society, and men are always ahead of women. This is demonstrably false. Women have surpassed equality with men and now demand special privilege. In fact, if you look at all the special privileges giv…

Why would it automatically be the guy that "raped" the girl if both parties were black out drunk. Could it be the girl who came onto the guy and he said no? No, it's not safe for a guy to be around a drunk girl, especially if he is drunk, too. She could cry "rape" and ruin his life. This is why a hardly drink anymore. If I do go to a bar, I limit myself to two beers and no more. This is also why if I am approached in a bar, I say I'm gay. Women will usually back off then. I'm not interested in a…

I find it amusing that only men have to "work on themselves" to appeal to women (oh, and be 6'1 or above). Women bring literally nothing to the table most of the time. I have been approached many times in bars by women. I guess I'm good looking, who knows. But I usually say I'm gay. It's amazing how much women will open up to you if they think you're gay. I've had many good conversations. Anyway, men nor women should have to change to appeal to a potential significant other. (Gay or straight). W…

I agree. Women and men are not equal and bring different things to s relationship. If a man is the bread winner though, the woman should be doing all the cooking and cleaning. Childcare should be primarily the woman. But only if she's not working. But then again most relationships both partners have to work, so it should be split more evenly. My ex-wife was a great cook, stay at home kinda person and I still helped some but I was also working 60 hours or more per week. (14 hour days, six days a …

Why is it always the man's job to support a household and provide for women? I thought women wanted equal rights. Both people in the relationship should be supportive, not just men. If it would have just been her, I would have paid. But I'm not going to pay for you and your friends to get a free meal. Which it seems all women use men for anyway.

I satisfy my desires a couple of times a week with my hands. Who needs a nagging, emotionally abusive woman to be satisfied? I partially agree that not all men are obsessed with sex, but some are. Like the ugly "nice guy" incels.

Women are cheap. For me it's a red flag if a woman doesn't at least offer to pay. I went on a date once where she brought two of her girlfriends and expected me to pay for ALL of them. After we ate I went to the bar l, paid for mine, and left them there. If she's not willing to meet you half way on a date, she's just going to take advantage of you in a relationship.
/r/RedPillWomen15/04/23 01:20 PM

But it's not the same. Women work easy jobs. They don't have to sacrifice hardly anything in a relationship. Getting paid has nothing to do with it. You completely missed the point. Men are undervalued and disposable.

If you are tall, handsome, and rich, it's not creepy. Only if you're average, maybe a little overweight, or don't offer to pay for their night that it's creepy. One guaranteed way is to offer to buy her a drink. They will almost always humor you. Women are always looking for a handout.

I would date a single mom. I'm a single dad so...women who say they wouldn't are hypocrites. Judging by the comments here women view their needs to be greater than children. Sorry but if I ever date again, my partner will be third to my children and my income. My kids always first.

Yes, we are. Women don't appreciate anything men do for them anymore. Men make up 96% of labor jobs and 98% of the military. We build your houses, build your roads, build your infrastructure, grow and transport you your food, even die so you can be free and work more than women to provide them with a comfortable life. But men today are still treated like dirt. This is yet another reason I'm not feminist. All modern luxury is because of the hard work of men, not women. You make a lot of good poin…

Women simply have it easier than men in all areas of life. The bar women set for men is way too high. The reason is it is legal to discriminate against white men. But illegal to discriminate against women. You are correct, men will go for almost any woman they can get. Mens standards for women are very low. That's why things like MGTOW and Redpill exist. Do you mean men caring about a woman's body or their own? I don't really care about what a woman looks like as long as they respect me. But even that is hard to find. As for myself, I'm self-conscious all the time about how I look. I think you'll find most men don't care what you look like as long as you're kind, appreciative, loving, and respectful.

What do you define a success? Money? I make less than 40k, but I have a great job with a stable income, a family, and great friends. Does that make me less successful because I can't buy a woman? What is high value to you. To me, it's a woman who respects, appreciates, loves, and is loyal to me. Unfortunately, it's easier to find a unicorn than finding a woman that respects men. It's not old men who date young women. It's rather young women going after old men for their money. Men do not owe you their attention and money either. You strike me as one of those people who scream for equal rights but still demand men pay for everything. We should be allowed to date whomever. I personally would never date a woman under 30 because they are too immature. And no, men should mature faster. It doesn't really matter. Men should be respected too, period. I had the opposite experience with my ex. I wanted to take a break from sex, but she didn't. Yes I genuinely loved my ex-wife and I still do. But it's not true that all guys want out of a relationship is sex. When I wanted a break, she cheated on me. Maybe I'm different than what you expect guys to be. Yes. There is such thing as the Halo effect where attractive people are seen as more trustworthy. But unattractive women still have a much better chance than men. Most men don't actually have ulterior motives. Women only go after the type of men that have ulterior motives, so it seems that way. Most men want respect, caring, and loyalty in a relationship, just like women. And who says men are furious for being rejected. Clearly, you're going after the wrong men.

I would want the 23 year old even if she was less attractive because I'd like to have more children. That doesn't mean I'm against dating a 40 year old. Fertility is the issue, not attractiveness. I assume you think guys are predators for wanting younger women. Women wanting older men is also predatory. They want older men for their financial prospects. How about we stop the what if game and do what we are comfortable with.

Most of the female characters in online video games are guys anyway. I played both a male and female character when I played World of Warcraft. My college girlfriend actually met her new boyfriend on WoW. So I guess it's possible. As long as you're not creepy about it, I guess it would be okay. My ex-wife cheated on me eventually after my vulnerability was fully expressed. She said she couldn't deal with me after that. As boys, we are taught our needs don't matter and girls are always first. It is no wonder why when we grow up as men we are emotionally repressed. Women reinforce this emotionally stunted masculinity.

I actually did read the article. I can kind of see where they are coming from. But still, lack of sex is not an excuse for violence. Maybe they should make prostitution legal so men can have an outlet. I agree, though online dating has made it impossible for some guys to find a partner. Feminism has made even looking at a woman wrong, almost a crime. Why would any man approach an unknown woman in public. Good way to get unjustly arrested. It's time women started growing up. Toxic femininity and misandry are a threat to men and boys. As boys we are taught that our feelings don't matter and we should always be nice to girls and girls are always first. Much more so than women that's for sure. The internet dating sites have turned women selfish and superficial. Most women, for example, have height requirements on their profile. But get mad if men have weight requirements. Women are allowed and encouraged to be happy with their body. Men are body shamed a lot more than women. Personally, I'm done with superficial women. Some red flags from women for me include --being lazy --not offering to pay their way on a date --being a height snob (only dating tall men) --constantly worrying/blaming people for lying even when they're not --being too skinny --not having/liking kids --constantly worried about how they look --being overly religious --talking constantly about ex-boyfriends --wanting me to be athletic when she's not --being unclear/covert about their needs and wants --talks about God all the time --not liking m…

Toxic masculinity is caused and reinforced by women. There are such things as "nice" girls and toxic women.

I think a woman that doesn't at least offer to pay her way is a huge red flag. If she's not willing to meet you half way on a superficial date, how will she be in a relationship that may lead to marriage? I don't go on dinner dates. I suggest we just go for coffee. The first date I went on with my wife was at a coffee shop. Women who insist on paying is a turn on for me.

I don't like skinny girls, "nice" girls, girls who only care about money, being arrogant or needy, height snobs (girls who only date tall men), too much make up, fake anything, very large boobs, or artificially large butt (l like fat girls, but not fake skinny girls with large asses), women who expect me to pay their bills, blonde hair, dark skin (not like natural dark skin like a black girl, but artificial tans), short hair.

Society is set up to benefit women. Women can get support for any issue. Drug use, domestic violence, sexual crimes, etc. There are very few support services specifically for men. Men thus turn, ironically, to women, for support. Men need emotional support just as much as women. But if you are a emotionally vulnerable man, good luck finding any support. I was sexually abused and assaulted as a child. I called a sexual assault hotline once and was told they couldn't help me because I am a man. An…

Men need emotional support and care too. Not all men are all about sex. That is a lie from feminists. I put more emphasis in my relationships on emotional well being than sex. Comments like these feminists love because it adheres to their mantra of "man bad, woman good". We both need each other. What we don't need is feminists dividing us even more with their delusions. I am not feminist because I believe in equal rights between the sexes. This post just demonstrates the toxic masculinity femini…

I disagree. Even when both partners work outside the home, men work harder and longer hours. In the United States at least the overall hours men work a week is 60. In contrast the average hours women work is 24. I'm not saying some women don't work longer hours. But men tend to work harder jobs (construction, military, police, etc) whereas women tend to work easier jobs (businesses, teaching, etc). Again this doesn't mean women don't do hard jobs. They are just less likely to. In addition, women…

Cheating Lying/Dishonesty Being a slob/messy Abusive behavior of any kind Laziness/No job I'm a guy. I also consider it a huge red flag if on a first date a girl doesn't at least offer to pay her way or if she brings other people with her. I had one date where she brought three of her girl friends and expected me to pay. I just left. That's highly disrespectful.

Double standard. These same overweight women will not date a man who is shorter than them. Why are women allowed to have standards but men aren't? Personally, I am more attracted to bigger women then some stuck up skinny one.

Women are the same way sometimes too. I have wanted to wait to have sex in many relationships I've had and women get sexually frustrated too. Albeit, not as much as men. In fact, one recent relationship was ended by her after four months because we hadn't done anything sexual yet. And my former marriage was ended because I lost interest in sex and my wife cheated. No one is entitled to sex. But to act like men are the only ones whom act entitled, is disingenuous.

Yes, why not. I'm a guy and many of my good friends are girls. And I'm not in any way attracted to them in a sexual nature.

My advice is to express to him how you clean and teach him how to clean. I know it makes it seem childish but many men and boys were never taught this because is not "manly". When I was in middle school they actually had classes to teach us how to cook and clean. I don't know if they do that anymore but they need to. I don't know for certain, but he is most likely not just "Half-assing" it or doing it to make you mad. Women and girls are taught socially that they have to clean, cook, keep things…

I have found once I stopped caring about getting a date, I've gotten several. I just go to a bar and mind my own business, maybe with some friends. If I don't act desperate, women and men will naturally talk with me and my friends. I have so far gotten three phone numbers just this year. Last time I was at a bar I got two drinks bought for me by other men, and a nice woman's phone number. That didn't work out but I really don't care. You just have to relax and make yourself available without put…

Your relationship won't last if you keep trying to control your boyfriend and violate his privacy. We are allowed to still be friends with our ex boyfriends/girlfriends. What you described is not lying. If he wants to contact his ex-girlfriend for friendship that shouldn't be a problem. Talking to an ex or having an ex on social media is not cheating. With my wife before we divorced because she cheated we both hung out with our ex's and their current partners. If you are a mature adult, it shoul…

It is hypocritical to think it's okay for women to do this but not men. But from my experience only women do this. I have never witnessed a man calling someone a pet name in a professional setting. It doesn't bother me because I'm from the southern United States in which this is common (at least from women).

Women want equality right? So why do men have to pay for everything? Men paying for dates is from a time when women didn't work and thus didn't have money. If your not willing to meet half way in a date, how will the potential relationship go?

I don't say anything and I'll pay if she doesn't offer. But then I'll never call her again. If you can't at least offer to pay your own you'll be taking advantage of me for the whole relationship. No thanks. I had one date where she brought two friends. I "went to the bathroom" and left. Not paying for all of you that's for sure. Women always seem entitled to men's money.

I agree. But, the primary caregiver should have to pay more than the person paying child support. And that is never the case. Usually in divorce cases the mother sits on her arse doing nothing while the father has to work two jobs and never sees his kids. Child support can be up to $1000 per child. Thats insane. It should be capped at $200 per child and the primary caregiver should get a job.

Women are a lot more sexist and shallow than men. In one survey of heterosexual dating sites it was found men respond to 85% of profiles whereas women only respond to 15%.

Symmetry, in the face especially, is an indication of good health and thus good genetic fitness. Women do care about a muscular body too even if they say they don't. That and high social status and money. These too are indirectly related to genetic fitness. For example in some birds, males build elaborate nesting areas to "show off" their ability to protect the female and thus her offspring. Money, status and good musculature are the human equivalent of the male bird's elaborate nest. Good looki…

I have found the best way, at least in my experience, to get women's attention is to act like you don't want it. Or, better, as in my case, genuinely don't want it. I have been hit on by many women sense my divorce at bars when I just mind my own business and sip my whiskey. Sometimes I'll go to a bar and read and drink in the corner and women will approach me to ask what I'm reading. Those are the keepers. I've even gotten three unsolicited phone numbers. Stop being so desperate, women hate tha…

There is a six week training course to become a medical coder, and you only do a few hours of work a day, like two or three. Or you could find something similar in tech support I think. I lot of home jobs only require a few hours instead of a full day. Just a suggestion.

Why is it okay to ask a man about his height but not a woman about her weight?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/02/22 10:22 AM

I never understood why being fat was a bad thing dating wise. I have only ever dated heavier women except one girl in college. Fat girls tend to be nicer, and not as manipulative, and a lot better in bed imo. You should find someone that is right for you. Heavy or thin shouldn't matter.

As a guy, I actually had expectations and fantasy if you will about getting married. Why can't boys think/dream about getting married? Marriage is generally, at least in western culture, a pleasant experience for both sexes. But otherwise, yes, marriage is a financial social arrangement that men are almost solely responsible for.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/22 06:45 PM

The partner should have a requirement to have a job, or have another partner that has a job to receive child support. Child support should be based on income with a cap of $100 per child, per month. Non-related children should not count, only biological children.

I have never cheated on anyone I've been with except for my first wife BUT it was mutual. We both "cheated" and knew about it so it wasn't much of a deal--it was actually planned to make things more interesting. Anyway, in a monogamous exclusive relationship I have never cheated. But I have been cheated on before.

I'm new to reddit and it seems most people on here at 10-20 years younger than me. O well. Anyway college is definitely better for dating. Not as much drama. Plus there are more people in general. Whereas women can be more picky, men have more choices. Plus most people in college want to be there, unlike high school. Which means people are happier, increasing their desire to make friends or date. I'm back in college now after 15 years, so maybe I can find my next future ex-wife...lol

That's not how it works. Women control everything, not just in dating. A woman can get a date anytime she wants, men have to actually work for it. Just like literally everything else. Men have to be responsible, women don't. If women weren't so superficial they might actually find a good man.

Do you expect men to always be the initiators? Have you ever approached a man to start a conversation? Most men would be thrilled to have a woman talk to them. If you want a relationship you can't just be passive and wait for men. Go after them too. Are you making an effort to meet men? I met my wife on a dating site. Maybe try that?

It is a biological/evolutionary adaptation. Younger females are more likely to be fertile thus able to produce offspring. Older males tend to be stronger and have more resources to protect the female and young. This is true in all mammals, not just humans.

Equality comes with responsibility too. When you actually have to be responsible and work for a living, you tend to not be as happy.
