Lifting is great for mental health, builds ones confidence, allows you to set attainable goals for yourself and achieve them fairly quickly. Lifting's also great for physical health, for obvious reasons. It's also great for establishing a habit of discipline, gotta be dedicated if you want to see some real gains. These liberal, supposedly diverse, multicultural & inclusive and all that other SJW bullshit cities are all the same, everyone self-segregates along racial lines.
