Gender Suicide ParadoxI worked hospital security in Australia for about 14.5 years and this is pretty much what it is like here too. | /r/MensRights | 15/12/22 08:36 AM
86% of suicides are male in my country tryThey are counted as such when the attemptee arrives at hospital though. I worked hospital security for 14.5 years and it was hospital policy that security attends the initial consult with the dr to keep the dr safe, so we heard and saw everything. Here in Australia, studies cite approx 80% of suicides are male. | /r/MensRights | 15/12/22 08:29 AM
Netflix's The WatcherMy first thought was "If the whole thing was recorded, how could she come to the conclusion she did? It clearly shows he's innocent, yet she doesn't care." Absolutely illogical. | /r/MensRights | 17/10/22 11:04 AM
My now ex wife moved our child across the country without notice, and then lobbed baseless abuse allegations against me when I tried to get them to return.Such a bad situation, stay strong. | /r/MensRights | 27/09/22 07:29 PM
My now ex wife moved our child across the country without notice, and then lobbed baseless abuse allegations against me when I tried to get them to return.Be careful, I doubt that agreement was by chance. Check the custody laws in the state she has fled to, you might find they are far more friendly to women than the state you are currently in. It was probably her plan B. | /r/MensRights | 26/09/22 11:07 AM
Please help my father was falsely accused of domestic violenceChildren half your age can give evidence in court as long as the judge can be reasonably sure that the child can understand the meaning of what they are saying and the seriousness of the oath to tell the truth. s 12-14 Evidence Act NSW 1995 As others have said, it is vitally important you begin communicating with the Police now and make it clear that it is your mother who is the abuser. Times, dates and any other evidence that helps prove what you are saying is crucial to collect. As the one mak… | /r/MensRights | 02/09/22 12:29 PM
The land down under, ladies and gentsApologies, didn't see the arrow indicating a second pic. Mate, that's crap, you shouldn't have to go through that. | /r/MensRights | 26/08/22 11:10 AM
The land down under, ladies and gentsHas the photo been changed? I'm only seeing a post about people (probably law clerks) complaining about how hard it is to file paperwork in the legal system. | /r/MensRights | 26/08/22 11:03 AM

Women only jobs at Australian UniversityDiscrimination Act 1991 (ACT) specifically says it's OK to allow for positive discrimination to give opportunities to those who are disadvantaged. s27(2) gives an example of it being OK to offer a training course to women only to ensure they have equal opportunity to men. They probably got away with it by showing there were less women in I.T. positions and thus they were disadvantaged. | /r/MensRights | 07/08/22 02:18 PM
is it just me or does it seem like there's no point in dating as an average man in this day and age? Some women don't want a partner, they want a trophy that ticks certain boxes so they can make their friends jealous. Their relationships are doomed to fail because of this, but they can't understand it. | /r/MensRights | 02/08/22 09:43 AM
Bill Manser: Wrongly Imprisoned For 5 YearsWow, what a show trial. When forced into a corner via a court controlled DNA test, she finally admits he was not the father. She seemed perfectly fine with the fact she had ruined his life and got him sent to prison for 5 years and made him pay for her child. | /r/MensRights | 01/08/22 06:33 PM

If women hate the patriarchy so much, why won't women vote to elect a political party with a woman leader? In the wise words of the great Al Bundy "Don't try to understand women Bud. Women understand women and they hate each other!" | /r/MensRights | 03/06/22 11:25 AM
A word of advice ?I'm in my final year of a law degree at 49 y.o. in Australia. I study online, so I don't have to deal with any on-campus issues. I would say that it seems to me that there is no inherent sexism in my course but there are a few things that made me LOL, like ecofeminism theory for ecological law unit and in contract law there was a week on how contracts are male dominated and disadvantage women - but these 2 explorations into BS were not in the exam or the mid term, so I just laughed and carried o… | /r/MensRights | 11/05/22 08:04 PM
19-year-old woman who punched an elderly man unconscious in the street, causing him to fall to the ground, hit his head and then die a week later, is cleared of causing his death. Instead, she was charged with "wounding" and given a six-month curfewSo, I have a bit of experience in the field. Current law student, ex security officer for a hospital in Australia which has a legal system essentially identical to UK law. When the ambulance arrives, they assess the patient on the Glasgow Coma Scale which will give you a 1-15 score. 1 is pretty bad, unconscious, unresponsive to stimuli, low or no respiration; 15 is can hold a cogent conversation, normal pupil dilation, good respiration. Each of the 3 has a 1-5 score. If you are conscious and hav… | /r/MensRights | 06/04/22 12:41 AM
Man charged with rape is found not guilty and walks free from courtAahhhh, Manchester, that says enough. Remember that it was in Manchester that Police refused to prosecute muslim rape gangs, a fact that was brought to light by T. Robinson. They eventually decided to prosecute after a great deal of publicity <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rochdale_child_sex_abuse_ring> <https://news.sky.com/story/grooming-gangs-continuing-to-abuse-children-in-northern-england-victims-and-campaigners-warn-12158336#> | /r/MensRights | 21/03/22 05:11 PM
Female violence against males is normalizedI'm in Australia and worked for some years as a security guard in a hospital. Many times we were assaulted by females and when the Police arrived, their defence was pretty universally "But I'm just a girl, it can't be assault" or some variation of. Because we had video surveillance and often numerous witnesses of doctors or nursing staff, they never got away with it, but I have little doubt it would be different without the video and medical staff as witnesses. And just the fact they so easily d… | /r/MensRights | 14/03/22 10:27 AM
