1	Red Pill Music. I would suggest that your RP music selection not overdo the 'anger phase' with a lot of honky-tonk country and the like. Songs like this, despite their RP truths aren't terribly beneficial to self improvement. Not by any particular contrast, I find Alter Bridge has some good motivational tracks as well as Mark Tremonti's solo work. It gets me pissed off and not too much in an 'angsty' way.
