Ahh I see. Thanks for your answer. I've been around 200+ for a long time, then lost tons of weight, then gained crap tons due to depression upon finding about redpill. Only asking because I was worried about how the loose skin looks. Not sure how bad it is or it compares to the people that have had 300-400 weight pounds before, which is on a whole different scale.

What was your previous weight friendo? I'm a fattie mc fatterson (230)pds, 5'8 medium frame and when I lowered myself to 150, I still had lots of loose skin. Though to be fair, you don't look like you experienced major weight gains (don't see any stretch marks), yet I feel like there is some loose skin near your abdomen region.

I know. The Abrahamic religions have an extremely extremely dark history, so I can never blame them. However, all humans are of light and dark, yet originally we are of Dark (favourite philosophy of Christianity). It's just sad for me.
