-7	Amy Schumer says 'toxic masculinity' led to Will Smith slapping Chris Rock at Oscars OP: Some people are really dumb: there is no such thing as toxic masculinity. Toxic masculinity is when a person (doesn't have to be a male) masculinizes themselves to a point that they believe if they do something even remotely femme, they are no longer 'manly', thus causing them to play out exaggerated stereotypes that can be harmful to themselves and others. An example would be a man who never cries, in fear he wouldn't be seen as a man anymore if he did. This is harmful to himself, as he's bottling his emotions.
