Entirely possible. Likely fresh-off-the-boat ones, from middle or lower middle class families back home for whom a career in acting / modeling / sports isn't worth the risk. Yeah. That's half about the way we are brought up. In past women had much less freedom and were not seen outside much. That meant arranged marriage of some sort was inevitable. These days India's middle class youth is more concerned with economical upwards mobility (studying hard etc..) thus there's no dating culture as much as west. Well a 10 is a matter of perception. Above 8 it's very subjective. And 10% of Indians look very caucasian (due to around 20% steppe ancestry), and some of them pass the western standards of looks.

Fair enough. Makeup makes average parts desirable. Same for lifts. The line between insecure or "just to look better" is subjective. People in some cultures give too much importance to height whereas some don't. Americans be asking "Why is Putin president of Russia? He is very short" on internet lmao. And 5'8" is not short. In the age of height inflation most 5'8"ers are saying they are 5'10" and so on.

Porn itself is not bad. Mainstream industry is shit. Instead of being creative they promote immoral and dangerous stuff like cheating and Inc**t, and give wrong ideas about many acts. Also all porn watchers are not addicts, women are insecure because that will decrease their influence.
